Problem Statement

The annual Valpoi Marathon, organized by Amshekar Hospitals, faced significant challenges in handling manual registrations. The paper-based process was inefficient, prone to errors, and required extensive manual coordination, leading to delays and participant confusion.

Solution

We built a custom marathon website with an integrated registration form and a secure payment gateway to streamline the participant onboarding process. The new system automated registration tracking, payment processing, and participant data management, significantly reducing manual workload and errors.
